THE PSYCHIC SLEEP LIBRARY
A growing archive of guided Yoga Nidra–inspired journeys for healing rest, subconscious integration, and inner listening.
The Psychic Sleep Library is an ongoing collection of carefully crafted guided practices that work at the level of the nervous system and the subconscious mind.
While deeply restful, these journeys are designed to do more than help you relax. Over time, they support emotional integration, intuitive clarity, and a felt sense of inner coherence.
Each session can be revisited again and again. These practices are layered by design. Listening more than once often reveals new imagery, insights, and sensations as your system meets the journey from a different angle each time.
The Psychic Sleep Library lives on YouTube and is freely accessible. Some sessions are also available as downloadable recordings.
WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, often described as “yogic sleep.” While the body rests deeply, awareness is gently guided through sensation, breath, imagery, and spacious attention to occupy the thinking mind while the nervous system unwinds.
Many people use these recordings:
Before sleep
During periods of stress or overwhelm
For nervous system regulation
For integration, reflection, or creative rest
You are always welcome to pause, stop, or rest in silence.
ABOUT SYMBOLIC CONTENT
Symbolic imagery is not decorative in this work — it is functional.
When the thinking mind quiets, the subconscious communicates through image, sensation, and symbol. These forms bypass analysis and speak directly to the deeper layers of the psyche, where insight, memory, and emotional patterning live.
The symbols used in these journeys are offered intentionally, drawing on years of practice and refinement. You do not need to interpret them correctly or consciously “understand” them for their effects to register.
Your system knows how to work with symbol long before language gets involved.
