Queen of Swords
This week’s Tarot-Draw is the Queen of Swords.
Hell yeah! Nothing says I got this like a Butterfly Crown and a sword.
Function and Fashion.
Who doesn’t love the warrior princess / battle queen archetype!?
Is she beckoning friend or foe?
Either way she’s not taking any shit.
Watch out for storms of displaced anger and people projecting their issues.
Watch out for when you are the one adding to it as well…
Words can cut like a knife so put as much compassion into your utterances as you can muster to balance out the scales.
Sometimes tho, it’s better to be clear than nice.
Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
But not like a honey bee, they only sting once.
Even though it would feel good momentarily, there’s no need to self destruct just to make a point.
Use your stinger wisely.
Use your words even more so.
Hurt seeks to hurt and we’re all hurting right now.
If you find yourself taking your anger out on someone else stop as soon as you notice you’re doing it.
Most people are not anywhere near their best right now.
My mantra moving forward: Practice being nice in case you forget how…
Just as humility is not humiliation so too promoting peace does not always feel peaceful.
There’s so much air imagery on this card: angels, butterflies, birds, breezes, clouds.
Channel those energies to work for you.
Words are Wind Magic.
Advocate for yourself and set healthy boundaries.
Stay strong. Stand up for yourself, stand up for those that cannot.
This week in Psychic Sleep we’ll touch on themes of: words; winds; and psychic storms.
