Meet Santosh

Hi, I'm Santosh.

I'm a multimedia artist, Yoga Nidra guide, breathworker, and lifelong student of symbolism.

Through guided journeys, ritual practices, and creative exploration, I create spaces where people can step out of urgency and reconnect with themselves.

How Positive Escapism Began

Positive Escapism grew from my own experiences with recovery, nervous system healing, creativity, meditation, and the search for meaning during difficult seasons.

Again and again, I found that imagination wasn't a distraction from life.

It was a way back into it.

The practices that helped me most weren't always about finding answers.

Often they were about creating enough space to listen.

Over time, that exploration evolved into guided journeys, symbolic practices, workshops, artwork, and community gatherings designed to offer that same space to others.

Today, Positive Escapism is a home for rest, ritual, imagination, and subconscious exploration.

What I Actually Do

People often arrive here through different doors.

Some are looking for rest.

Some are looking for insight.

Some are looking for community.

Some are looking for practices they can take into their own lives.

Over time, my work has naturally organized itself around those paths.

🌙 Rest

Through Psychic Sleep, Yoga Nidra, and the Soft Reset Series, I create guided experiences that help people step out of urgency and reconnect with themselves.

🔮 Insight

Through symbolic guidance, custom rituals, and one-on-one sessions, I help people explore questions that don't always have logical answers.

✨ Connection

Night Market Sundays brings people together for shared journeys into imagination, symbolism, and rest.

📖 Learning

Through workshops and courses, I teach practical approaches to working with symbols, creativity, ritual, and subconscious exploration.

Influences & Inspirations

My work draws inspiration from many places, including:

• Yoga Nidra

• Symbolism and mythology

• Dreamwork

• Meditation and contemplative practice

• Storytelling

• Creativity and artistic process

• Recovery and nervous system healing

• Nature, wonder, and imagination

I don't see these as separate paths.

I see them as different doorways into the same conversation.

How do we reconnect with ourselves when life becomes noisy?

A Lifelong Fascination

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the hidden layers of human experience.

Dreams.

Symbols.

Stories.

The imagination.

The strange and beautiful ways meaning seems to emerge from places deeper than ordinary thought.

Over the decades, I've explored these questions through meditation, Yoga Nidra, symbolism, dreamwork, mythology, contemplative practice, creative expression, ritual, and the study of consciousness itself.

I've never been interested in collecting systems for their own sake.

What fascinates me is the common thread running through all of them:

The possibility that we are far more connected to our inner wisdom than we often realize.

The work you'll find here isn't built around a single tradition or philosophy.

It's the result of many years spent exploring the spaces where creativity, symbolism, rest, intuition, and transformation overlap.

I'm still learning.

Still listening.

Still following the trail of wonder wherever it leads.

A Few Things I Believe

• Rest is productive.

• Imagination is a form of intelligence.

• Symbols speak a language older than words.

• Small rituals can create meaningful change.

• Sometimes the answer isn't more effort.

• Wonder is worth protecting.

A Personal Note

If you've arrived here feeling tired, overwhelmed, curious, uncertain, searching, grieving, healing, or simply in need of a different kind of space - welcome.

You're welcome to explore at your own pace.

Take what helps.

Leave what doesn't.

And trust that your own wisdom already knows more than it sometimes seems.

Where Would You Like To Begin?
