Psychic Sleep
Guided journeys for the subconscious mind.
Part Yoga Nidra.
Part dreamwork.
Part symbolic exploration.
Psychic Sleep is my personal approach to guided inner journeys, blending deep relaxation, imagination, symbolism, and subconscious exploration into experiences designed to be felt as much as understood.
Each journey invites you to step away from urgency and enter a space where images, emotions, memories, insights, and possibilities can emerge in their own time.
What Is Psychic Sleep?
Psychic Sleep began as a question.
What happens when the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra meets the language of symbols, imagination, storytelling, and subconscious exploration?
Over years of practice and experimentation, those influences gradually evolved into a style of guided journeying that felt uniquely my own.
Rather than simply leading participants toward rest, Psychic Sleep invites them into landscapes of meaning.
Some journeys feel like dreams.
Some feel like stories.
Some feel like conversations with forgotten parts of yourself.
No two experiences are exactly alike.
The destination is never the point.
The experience is.
Rooted in Yoga Nidra
My work with Psychic Sleep is deeply influenced by Yoga Nidra, a powerful contemplative practice sometimes described as yogic sleep.
For many years I've explored Yoga Nidra as both a personal practice and a way of guiding others into states of profound rest and awareness.
Psychic Sleep grows from those roots.
While traditional Yoga Nidra often follows established structures, Psychic Sleep allows more room for symbolic imagery, narrative journeys, creative exploration, and subconscious dialogue.
The intention remains the same:
To create conditions where the mind can soften, the nervous system can settle, and deeper layers of experience can become available.
Who Is It For?
Psychic Sleep may resonate with you if you're seeking:
• Deep relaxation
• Creative inspiration
• Emotional processing
• Symbolic exploration
• Meditation beyond stillness
• Dreamlike inner experiences
• A healthy break from urgency
You don't need experience with meditation.
You don't need to understand symbolism.
You don't need to "do it right."
Curiosity is enough.
