Complex Sigil

Originally a commission for Loved, Happy, and Confident. The Beta testers agreed that having everyone use the same complex sigil was better. When I discovered that this sigil had all letters within it we knew this would work spectacularly well.

Remember:

You are doing this practice to experience intentional state shift (changing the way you feel on purpose) and feeling better.

You are building the skill of changing the way you feel by visualizing.

Through experiences and repetition you charge up the sigil.

Once you feel comfortable with activating you sigil play around with feeling the sigil based feel-good, and notice as state shift happens which means your sigil is working.

You may want to go further.


Step 5

STEP FIVE - So what’s next? Phase 2!

Going further means learning to plant a thought deep into the layers of the mind so you can grow it and feel like you are full of all of the resources you could ever want or need to make your life blissful.

Planting a thought is Phase 2 of Sigils.


Tips

Tips & Tricks

* Listen to the recording as often as you feel like it (best results once a day for a week).

* Now that you know the beginning of the journey, go further! Pretend harder, imagine more fully – really give yourself permission to feel into your power words. It’s your internal landscape have the best time you can in there!!

* What if I get scared or get overwhelmed? Just tell yourself that “you’re safe and it’s okay”. Sometimes it can be scary to work deep in the mindspace and that’s okay, you’re safe ;)

* The only wrong way to work with them would be in a way that harms you or others. Just remember to remind yourself that you can only add to the positive experience of your sigil. (Set the rule that you can't detract, or taint, or mess it up, only make it better and better!) .

* If a safe and fun idea comes into your head to try as a way to interact with the sigil feel free to follow your intuition and pay attention to the results.
