A Workshop for the Overfull and Tired of it
Soft Austerities
90 minutes online to breathe gently, slow down, and return home to presence. So that.
Soft Austerities
A workshop for the overfull
🕯️ 90 minutes of sacred slowness, positive distraction, and creative devotion
What Is It?
This 90-minute online experience is a spell for stillness — a way to turn inward without shutting the world out.
We gather not to fix or prove, but to play with the sacred art of enough.
Through breath, story, rest, and imagination, we’ll explore “discipline” as something friendly — something that protects your peace rather than pushes you past it.
Expect slowness. Expect softness. Expect something a little strange, a little funny, a little holy.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Creative tools to turn emotional weight into artistic fuel
A sense of connection to your inner rhythms and the natural cycles of rest and intensity
A guided practice to help you meet resistance with grace instead of force
A recording of the experience to revisit when you need a reset or re-spark
A fresh lens on “austerity” — not as deprivation, but as poetic devotion to what matters most
A deepened trust in the slow, strange, and sacred parts of your path
Optional: bring tea, a cozy blanket, or an object of personal meaning. Pajamas welcome. Monastic robes optional.
The Flow

Arrival & Orientation – Setting the tone, lighting the candle
Breath & Body – Grounding in sensation and rhythm
Imaginal Play – Soft storytelling, symbolic resonance
Devotion Practice – Creation of a personal “Soft Austerity”
Rest & Integration – Guided Yoga Nidra-style rest
Optional Sharing – For those who feel called
Closing & Blessing – A whispered goodbye, or a held silence

Absolutely. You can register under their name or email us after checkout and we’ll transfer access with love.
