Workshop Flow

0. What Are Soft Austerities?

We’ll begin by exploring the central idea of Soft Austerities — small, meaningful rituals of devotion that feel doable and loving. Learn why harsh self-discipline isn’t the only path to transformation.

1. Find Your Devotional Style (Quiz)

You’ll take a short quiz to discover your personal “Monk Archetype.” This helps uncover how you best connect to your inner source. (No robe required.)

2. Meet the Monks + Their Companions

We’ll explore 3+ archetypes and their symbolic animal companions — subconscious helpers that remind us to stay gentle and alert. Think of them like internal service animals that show up when you're about to burn out or check out.

3. Guided Shamanic Journey

Through a dreamy, semi-shamanic meditation, you’ll meet a guide or receive an object to “place in your bowl” — a symbol of what devotion wants to look like for you right now.

4. Design Your Devotion (Soft Practice)

You’ll be led through a creative process to design a personal daily or weekly devotional practice, based on what actually supports you. This is your soft sadhana — something you can return to again and again.

5. Share + Reflect

We’ll close with reflections, optional sharing, and blessings for your new path.
