These recordings are made slowly, with care.
They are meant to be returned to — not completed.

WHAT THIS IS
Psychic Sleep is more than a performance and a productivity tool.
It is a practice of intentional rest.
Most sessions guide you into a sleep-like state of awareness where the body can soften and the mind can travel. You may drift, dream, or fall asleep entirely. All of this is part of the process.
Each recording stands on its own and can be listened to as many times as needed.
WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, often described as “yogic sleep.” While the body rests deeply, awareness is gently guided through sensation, breath, imagery, and spacious attention.
Many people use these recordings:
Before sleep
During periods of stress or overwhelm
For nervous system regulation
For integration, reflection, or creative rest
You are always welcome to pause, stop, or rest in silence.
HOW THE LIBRARY GROWS into A Living Archive
New recordings are added to the Psychic Sleep Library over time.
Many sessions originate during The Night Market, a biweekly live gathering where themed journeys are offered in real time. Select recordings are later placed in the library so they can be revisited whenever rest is needed.
You do not need to attend live sessions to access the library.
ABOUT SYMBOLIC CONTENT
Some journeys draw inspiration from symbolic systems such as myth, imagery, and tarot. At present, the primary focus of the library is on Yoga Nidra and rest-based practices.
The library is allowed to change pace, focus, and form.
PRACTICAL NOTES & SAFETY
Please listen in a comfortable, safe place where you can rest without interruption.
Do not listen while driving or during activities that require your full attention.
These recordings are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
