7 of Swords
This week’s Tarot-Draw is the Seven of Swords.
All I can hear is Steve Miller Band’s “Go on take the money and run…”
For a few weeks now I have been battling the urge to quit everything and disappear into seclusion.
Hopefully this acknowledging of the quit-and-run impulse is a sign that we’re almost thru it.
I wonder if there are people out there that don’t randomly feel the urge to run away and start over.
It may be part and parcel to my self diagnosed Sandcastle Syndrome.
I got really good at starting over, so much so, I have an aversion to maintaining things - why keep things going when it is surely to be reclaimed by the Ocean?
Sometimes I just wanna take back all of my projects, erase my name, and abscond.
Barring petty theft of course, you don’t just run away from an interaction unless you’re afraid of something right?
This card feels like a draw to consider who has access to your valuables. (Physically AND Emotionally.)
Ever heard that you are sum of your closest friends?
We’re all at the point of wanting to quit - so perhaps we offer compassion to those that need to continue their path in a different direction. Elsewhere. Without us.
This week in Psychic Sleep we’ll touch on the topics of: emotional valuables; strategic retreats; and fresh starts.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
