XVII The Star

This week’s Tarot-Draw is the seventeenth Major Arcana card: The Star.

It was around this point that it became clear to me that I wanted to draw Lance L Otter in a more gender fluid way for this card and for a few others

Some unproblematic body-swap mixture less Bugs Bunny and more Quantum Leap or the mythic Janus and Penn Zero Part-Time Hero.

In my mind Lance is every character in the deck before the dream is done.

Speaking of hopping around from body to body, think of the stars in the night sky.

Starlight.

Countless Suns so bright we see their light shining in our dark.

So far away that we see the light that shone from suns that are no longer living.

What burns brightly in your metaphorical vicinity?

What’s your guiding star right now?

Think of the tides of your energetic flow.

Would you rather focus on the bigger picture or the details?

How best could you split the flow of your attention - Pouring simultaneously into the tributaries and the delta like the image on the card.

While filling the main body of water directly could you also be more open to pouring your efforts into energetic streams that will ultimately pour back into you while nourishing the landscape between here and there?

If life is giving you A or B choose C.

This week in Psychic Sleep we’ll touch on themes of: psychic silt and sediment; starlight; and pouring back into ourselves.
