This week’s Tarot-Draw is the Page of Pentacles.

Don’t be afraid to be a beginner. Don’t be afraid to be a beginner. Don’t be afraid to be a beginner.

One deliberate choice I made when deciding to share these drawings is that I am sharing them in progress, rough, unrefined, messy, and nowhere near what I would deem “good enough” at times.

That’s clearly a reaction to the voices of insecurity and the never ending quest for perfection.

It’s funny how artistic talents come and go, ebb and flow.

Practice, pattern recognition, adaptation, and improvement cannot happen until one takes action.

Attention is currency. Spend it wisely while you got it.

Don’t let lack of experience discourage you from trying new things.

There’s a time and a place for the jaded cynical perspective we’ve honed over the years.

This is not that time nor the place.
